Why Coaching?

Coaching empowers you to gain deeper insight into your challenges and opportunities, and achieve your personal and professional goals. As your coach, I ask you creative, intuitive questions and share recommendations for your consideration. This helps you clarify your own thinking and assists you in intuitively engaging your own knowledge, experience and skill sets to maximize your personal and professional potential. Good intuition comes from having good information and good personal wellness. Coaching is completely confidential. My approach to coaching lawyers helps you:

The Self-Coaching Process
  • I suggest you review my coaching templates (see above) and intuitively jot down areas that you feel might need attention in your life.
  • Then review the following “smorgasbord” of resources (listed below) regarding personal wellness and practice management.
  • Just like a food smorgasbord you will not be able to “eat” all of them.
  • I suggest you look at the list regularly from time to time and follow your intuition as to which ones to visit and the extent that you review the content.
  • Make a plan for yourself regarding changes you wish to make in your life and work the plan.
